We LOVE sweetzy in our house!!! We’ve been customers for a few years now. The variety, taste and service are exemplary. Delivery is very fast. We love the offers they regularly run too!!

I love receiving my order, I buy them as gifts for friends and relatives,, I’ve bought the valentine box for my husband and I know he will love it and I will be “in the good books “ ?

I order a £15 mystery box and the content of the box was amazing. I wasn't expecting as much as what I got, was well worth the £15 as the content was worth way more than that.
I did receive my box damaged and an item missing however this was no fault of Sweetzy however when I contacted them they where amazing about it!
I will definitely be ordering again and have told family and friends about the company!

After a mess up with royal mail not delivering my parcel and it "getting lost in the system" sweetzy arranged a resend of my order came next day via DPD, ordered plenty of time before from them and first issue I've encountered and it wasn't the company's fault it was royal mails. Sweetzy have been nothing but helpful

The sweets I received are amazing but I had half my order missing I think you should have a phoned number as it be so much easier to get in contact with you

Please don’t waste your money. They will only send you 1/2 an order. When half an order arrives, there’s no way to ring them but wait for an email response. They are incredibly slow at actioning any order too. This isn’t the first time they’ve only giving me half my order and had rubbish customer service. I’m sure they’ll respond to this saying they haven’t but I have email receipts. Sweetzy, your response to customers you’ve failed just needs to be an apology and we will rectify this as a matter of urgency.

They do not provide you with your full order. Only 1/2 my order sent. Cannot speak to anyone. This isn’t the first time this company has failed to send a full order either.

Edit: I note their response below. I had already made it very clear what I wanted. Thing is Sweetzy, you didn’t even apologise for your error. People spend a lot of money on these things but you can’t even have the decency to say sorry and rectify the issue.
Further to this. Sweetzy claim they send tracking details for all orders - that’s a lie. Only once chasing 5 days later did I get those details.

I bought the birthday box for my son. You choose your own sweets for the pouch which is great and get a selection of chocolate and a can of drink. The delivery was fast and everything arrived as it should.

I would've given 5 star however a lot of the american/world sweets always tend to ve out of stock, however saying that the thensweets they have are high quality well packaged and environmental friendly

Purchased a pickNmix “Blue Pouch” from garden centre. About 75% of content was tiny round blue sweets which were very sticky and clumped together. Also not very nice. The few other sweets were quite nice but ended up throwing most away as it was a sticky clump. I think the expiry date is April 23, but it is very faint and hard to read, maybe they are better when they are fresher.

Order still has not arrived, no response on email from company as of yet?!

…Still no response! Emailed, Instagram DM, Facebook, left bad reviews. Just being out right ignored!

Please can someone respond? This is appalling. I bought these sweets as a present. My money has been taking and nothing has arrived! I will take this matter to trading standards tomorrow.

Usually good service but very slow to dispatch at the moment. Emailed to say on the way on Wednesday yet only passed to Royal Mail on Friday and not delivered within timeframe. Royal Mail is partly to blame but to dispatch 2 days after the email saying it is on its way is deceptive.
